Dr. Haimesh Shah is a board-certified physician specializing in venous and lymphatic medicine, wound management, and internal medicine. He diagnoses and treats venous disorders, varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, leg swelling, venous ulcers, lymphedema, chronic wounds, diabetic wounds, pressure injuries, postoperative wounds, and other complex circulatory and wound-healing conditions.
He develops personalized treatment plans focused on improving circulation, promoting healing, relieving symptoms, and helping prevent recurrence using advanced wound care and minimally invasive procedures, including endovenous laser ablation, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, and other advanced vein treatments.
Dr. Shah is a diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, American Board of Laser Surgery, American Board of Wound Management, and American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI), reflecting advanced expertise in vascular ultrasound. As one of a limited number of physicians nationwide certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, he has demonstrated specialized expertise in venous disease.

He serves as Medical Director of the Vein & Wound Institute and Luxe Aesthetic Surgery & Medical Spa. He previously served as Medical Director of the Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Healing Center at St. John’s Hospitals (2013–2018), where the center earned a Center of Excellence Award in 2015.
In addition to vein and wound care, Dr. Shah has advanced training in high-definition liposuction, body contouring, autologous fat grafting, cosmetic vein treatments, and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, having trained with nationally and internationally recognized cosmetic surgeons.
